What can I return?

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website which are in original condition; unworn with tags attached and for footwear with the original box in new condition. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged - items that are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged by contacting Customer Care at (888) MY-SOREL.

When can I return?

Returns are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date.

Where can I return?

Bring your return to your nearest UPS dropoff location.

Parcels can only be returned from the country where they were delivered. Please visit our detailed FAQ page for more information.

How do I package my return?

Please be sure to print and include your return in the package with your shoes. Place the return shipping label on the outside of the return box. Please DO NOT ship the actual shoe box without an outer covered shipping box, the return will not be accepted if the shoe box itself is damaged.

When do I get my refund?

Once we receive your package, our team will verify its contents, inspect it to ensure it is unworn and in original condition. We will then send the credit back to your financial institution within 7-10 business days.

How can I exchange an item?

Please note direct exchanges of our products are not possible at this stage. If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order.

What is the return cost?

We provide a flat rate UPS shipping label for your return. The flat rate of $6 will be deducted from your final refunded amount.
