How to Measure Your Foot

  • Place your feet flat on a piece of paper and mark your longest toe and the back of your foot. It's best to do this standing and wearing socks
  • Measure the length (cm) straight from your longest toe to the back of your foot using a ruler or measuring tape.
  • Use the chart to find your size.

Women's Tivoli™ II High Herringbone Boot is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 35.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fashionable without compromising function These boots are gorgeous while keeping my feet warm and dry. I would consider them a staple and investment piece as the quality, style and durability will allow me to wear them for many winters to come. My only concern is the pinch I feel at the back of my ankle where the fabric of the boot meets the rubber. This could be due to me buying a size 8.5 rather than my usual 7.5-8.0. I will resolve this issue by inserting some form of padding in that area or I could wear thicker socks. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and can fully understand why Sorels sell out so quickly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great style, acceptable comfort If you want a boot that will incite multiple compliments then this is the boot for you! It's casual, stylish, constructed well, and tall enough. That being said, listen to all these other reviewers about the fit. The tongue of the boot is not separated from the shaft, so getting your foot into the boot can be a bit of a struggle. Now once your foot is actually in the boot there should be ample room for your feet. Today is the first day I have worn them for a long period of time, and I have found that they rub a little in the heel area, so take that into consideration. I wear a 6-6.5, and I ordered a 6.5 in these boots; my recommendation would be to order a whole size up from what you normally wear. All this being said, they are so cute that I'm really glad that I have them!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fits way too small I really wanted these boots to fit, but they were way way too small. I ordered a full size bigger. I could hardly get my foot into the boot in the first place because the angle was so extreme; I have high arches so that might be the reason. Once I got the boots on, they were way too right. I think the boot was cut before the liner was added. Besides the fit, I really liked the boot. The style is great, and I would have kept them if they had fit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Adorable but a little odd fitting Based on other people's reviews saying that these ran small, I ordered a half size up. First I want to start by saying that these boots are very unique looking and I think they're adorable! I first tried them on with very thin socks and felt like, if I wanted to wear thicker socks, I would probably need to order another half size up. When I went to the website, no larger sizes :( Since I love the look of these boots, I decided to try them on with thicker wool socks. They fit and are roomy enough in the footbed. I think the "snug" feeling I initially noticed was getting my feet INTO the boots. It's a bit tight getting past the ankle curve but once you're in, there's enough room. A little more time consuming - not just a grab and go kind of boot. I don't think these are insulated. I walked a couple of miles in the snow (so far they seem waterproof) and I wouldn't say my feet were cold, but they weren't toasty like in my old boots. They also rub a little on the back of my heel - the calf part bunches down a little. Overall, I'm happy with these and keeping them. Veg friendly too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy to finally get a pair!!! Coveted tall Sorel boots for weeks and finally snagged a pair in my size!! Normally I am a 7.5 but read over many reviews and got a size 8. Now that these are on my feet, I bet I would have been just fine with my actual size as I have plenty of room around my toes but the 8 work fine! So warm and comfy! Hard at first to get on as I have wide calves but just loosen the laces all the way down put them on and tighten back up when finished and good to go! Look a little bulky on but not a big issue. Other reviewers mentioned rubbing but none of that occured for me. Definitely not knee high and I'm only 5'1" but high enough for deep snow! Can't wait to show these off! I hope they last a long time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wear thick socks! These are amazing!!! I live in Michigan we got 8 inches of snow today I wouldn't have made it without these! I wear thick socks everyday and kind of wish I would have went with a 9 I would say they are true to size. If you can try them on in store that would be ideal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Recommend I usually wear an 8.5 and I took a chance and ordered an 8.5 despite the reviews. The length of the shoe is perfect for me, but I have a very narrow foot. They are fashionable, warm and comfortable to walk in. They are just hard to put on and take off (I have to really loosen up the shoe strings). I definitely recommend!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Boots are Two Different Sizes I received these boots about five weeks ago and they've been sitting in the box ever since. When I tried them on, the right boot fit fine but the left one felt a size smaller. This hasn't happened with any of my other shoes, so it's definitely a shoe issue and not a foot issue. Both boots are marked size 10. I keep going back and checking the website to order a different pair, but they've been out of stock for over five weeks! It's very disappointing. These boots aren't sold in stores, either. We are having a blizzard today and I really wish I could be wearing the snow boots I received over a month ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE! I absolutely love these boots! They were exactly what I was hoping for and more! I constantly get compliments on them! When ordering, I do recommend that you order a 1/2-one size up. I typically wear a 6.5, but from reading other reviews I was seeing that other people ordered a 1/2 size up, so I did the same thing. They fit perfectly, so I'm very glad I did! Overall, they're wonderful boots and I will definitely be ordering from here from now on!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really grew on me I saw these and bought them before any of the reviews were posted. Back in begining of dec. Im just now getting a chance to write this. I wasn't sure on the sizing then, I'm a 9-91/2 in other shoes. But I had a pair of sorel slippers that were a 10 for some reason, so I got the 10 and they fit great. They hit mid calf not knee high. The left boot rubbed against my back ankle enough to draw blood at first so I had to make sure I doubled my sock on the left and wore a bandaid. (Oddly had no issue with the right). I will note I contemplated returning bc of the fur. In the pictures it's not super prominent and the ones I received seems a bit more furry than what I excepted so I wasn't sure if they we're too flashy for me or if since they hit right at the calf, if they made my calves more- hey look at me, But I loved everything else about it. Super warm. And now super comfortable! Sometimes they do have a squeak sound though. :-/ But I love that no one else in my hometown has them! And of course this winter there's not much snow. Ha! Not like last yr!!! (North Ohio/ south Michigan)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good boot, but watch flaws I had to return two pairs of these boots immediately because my first and second order had a small hole in the interior lining heels stitching. Finally, on my third pair, there was not a construction flaw and everything was good. They are warm and comfy. They do run small. I normally wear a 6 1/2 shoe, 7 in boots. They were out of 7 1/2 so I got a 7. I could have probably done a 7 1/2 if they had them available, but I don't wear thick socks so I'm good with a 7. BUT if you do wear thick socks, size up. They are also a bit narrow in the foot but this doesn't bother me. Some people complained that the back heel pushes in and gives blisters. I only experienced this on one foot/leg. When I wear longer socks or leggings, it doesn't bother me. I have bigger calves and usually have issues with boots fitting me, but this work great! I live in Michigan and haven't had cold feet since I purchased these. I have walked in snow, mud, and water and they haven't leaked yet. But I haven't been in deep snow yet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Buy Half Size Up I read all of these reviews prior to purchasing and based on them, decided to purchase a full size up. I am normally a size 7 with normal sized calves. With the size 8, I have plenty of toe room, enough so that I can wear thick socks. They feel a bit large on me since I typically wear normal socks. Since I'm not planning on trekking through the snow in these, I wish I would have went with my gut and purchased the 7.5 which would have fit perfectly. I know this because I purchased another Sorel boot along with this in a size 7.5 which indeed does fit perfectly. Note that with a 7.5, I cannot wear thick socks comfortably. Word of the wise - ONLY ORDER HALF SIZE UP (unless you have significantly large calves - in which case, you may need to order full size up)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love These Shoes Purchased for a ski trip and ended up living in them! They were slightly tight at first but stretched out after one or two wears and I ordered my true size. They fit amazing and feel like I'm walking in tennis shoes instead if snow boots!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good boot This is my first Sorel boot. I was super excited to get them. I usually wear a size 6 in shoes and ordered size 6 in this boot and it fit just fine. Unfortunately the rubber on the back of the boot rubs against my heel. I am hoping that it will stop after a few more more outings. Also wore them in light snow and felt moisture inside the boot. Not completely satisfied with the boot but they are warm and stylish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic boot! I followed what others were saying and ordered half a size up, and they fit perfectly! These boots are beautiful, unique, and very comfortable! I love the way they roll when I walk. My only comment is that the laces are slightly darker and more grey than in the picture, but they are still gorgeous!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Boot! I was looking for a warm, winter boot and this was exactly what I was looking for. I've had so many compliments. They do run a bit small so I suggest buying 1/2 size larger. I normally wear an 8 (narrow) and the 8 1/2 fits perfectly. Also, you need to loosen the laces all the way down to make room to slide the boot over your foot. I will definitely buy this brand again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really warm, cozy boot I read the reviews before purchasing and ordered a half size larger than I normally do, which fit perfect. These boots are really cute and SUPER warm. I live in Chicago and these boots definitely do the job to battle the bitter cold, slush and snow. I loved that they are vegan as well. Definitely recommend for a sturdy winter boot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another fun and functional pair of Sorel boots! This is my 3rd Sorel boot purchase in the last few years (and I also own Sorel slippers - which are fabulous!). I obviously have been happy with the brand and quality to continue to purchase them. I love how these boots are herringbone - and the colors are great. My other Sorel boots include the Joan of Arctic and a wool pair with vibrant blue stitching down the sides. The Tivoli II do run smaller than my others, as I read the reviews on these and ordered a size 8 (I usually wear a 7 1/2) - while my other Sorels are size 7. The 8s fit well, and I am looking forward to getting much use out of these. Would definitely recommend these boots, and Sorel in general to anyone. I live on the East Coast, and all of their boots are a great way to manage in all the snow/ice (or rain), and still be stylish (and fun!).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I ordered one size up and it's way big. I normally wear 5.5 size. So I ordered one whole size (6.5) up since it says fitting SMALL. Way too big... I think half size up or true size will work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Warm and Stylish! I was looking for a warm, high quality boot made from synthetic materials and so far this boot has been great! I get compliments on it all of the time as it is very stylish. I usually wear a 6.5-7 and I ordered a 7 based on the reviews. I wear thin cotton socks in the boots (they are very warm) and the boot does seem a little bit big. The back of the boot where the rubber meets the fabric also rubs against the back of my ankle...when I wear the boots tight or with thicker socks it is more comfortable but I think it may just need to be worn in or a little smaller size may have prevented this. I would have given this boot 5 stars if it wasn't for the ankle issue which made it difficult to walk in!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best boots ever! I'm a Colorado girl who dislikes the cold. These boots might have changed my winters forever! I wear size 9, ordered a 9.5 based on previous reviews and fit guide. They fit perfectly out of the box. First day on the mountain was warm and dry. Very fashionable for snow boots... Now I need it to snow more so I can wear more!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love, love, love these boots! First of all, these boots are darling! I love the look! They were comfortable the minute I put them on and continue to be very comfortable! No problems with needing to break them in! They are warm and have great traction! Favorite boots EVER!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love these boots! Just moved to NY and needed a warm yet stylish boot for cold weather. It hasn't quite been snowing yet in my area so I'm not sure how it fares in heavy snow but so far they have been GREAT in rain & light snow. They are super warm & very cute-- I've gotten compliments on them every time I wear them. Size-wise I am usually a 7.5 so I ordered an 8 but the 8 was way too small for me.. it was difficult to slip on (note: I do have pretty thick calves from dance tho) and my foot fit but I could feel my toes right up against the front of the shoe. I returned it and ordered a size 8.5 which fit me much better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from High Herringbone boot Just received these for Christmas. First of all I LOVE THE COLORS!! And the weight of this boot is amazing... They are so light! Now for the "bad" if you really want to call it that, these are NOT KNEE HIGH as the description states which is a bummer because that's why I wanted them but they are about mid calf, they sit about the same as my Joan of artic. And after reading the reviews I decided to go up a half size ( my Joan of artic are size 7 and I got these in a 7.5) and I'm glad I did, the length fits the same as a 7 but these are a lot narrower. Thus making them a bit tight to get my foot into but I'm sure they will stretch and break in. All in all I would not send these back I love them even though they are not as high as I hoped! I hope this helps!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Large feet vs. Cute shoe I live in Texas so when I did research for winter shoes for my ski trip I found this brand. Had really great reviews and I loved the design of the shoes. Made my order and received my gorgeous shoes and it was way to small. The boot was so cute and the fur felt so great I almost kept the small shoes that I could almost squeeze my large feet into without socks. Being a last minute shopper doesn't help and I didn't have time to wait on the "return and exchange". I have large feet but gezze I ordered a size up what more does a girl need to do? Now the shoe is sold out of any of the larger sizes (just a week after my original purchase) and I'm stuck with a gift card because I was giving this fun boot as a gift for myself. Cute boot though :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute Winter Boots I usually wear a 7.5 in shoes and an 8 in boots. After reading the reviews and measuring my foot, I ordered an 8. They are pretty snug and I could not wear thick socks with them but I think an 8 was the right size as the length is right. Getting them on and off is a little tricky for me but I think it will get easier as the boots become less stiff. All in all I am happy with them. I don't know if they would keep your foot dry in deep snow but for lighter snow/plowed side walks they will be great. I am giving them a 4 instead of a 5 as the harder rubber on the back rubs my foot - I think that issue will resolve itself as I break them in, though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Very impressed! My boots arrived today. They are phenomenal: so warm, comfy, and true to boot size. I wear an 8 In shoes, but 8.5 in boots. These are a slim fit, but have plenty of room. I am 5'2, and my legs are not tiny, yet there is ample room. I love how the boots are not clunky and they are easy to walk in/ very flattering on the leg actually. They are warm, wow! The pattern on the boots is beautiful. I am so happy. These are my first Sorels! I live in MD and now I am hoping for a blizzard... They remind me of my dad's hunting boots, meaning they are meant for cold weather, rugged, and are "winter gear" - yet they are beautiful!!!! My friend went to Paris last year and said that Sorels are very popular there. I have wanted these for a year; so glad That I waited, because I think this is a new pattern. One more note, they are fully lined so at first I thought they were small; then I walked in them and realized I am not used to the padding and comfort that brings. I have plenty of toe room and I don't have narrow feet. Time for you to order a pair...don't be like me and wait a year! The boots are practical for winter, yet trend setting....

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They're blue herringbone not black These boots are very light; I don't know if they're super warm as I have not worn them outside. If they are as warm as they are supposed to be in the snow, then Sorel managed to insulate them without extra weight though they do LOOK clunkier than I expected. Unfortunately, they do not reach quite high enough up my leg and the place where they stop on my calf makes my legs look wide (and I don't have wide legs!) I ordered them up a half size as the reviews indicated they run small. The 7.5 offered ample room with a heavy sock. They're quite comfortable although there is no arch support and they feel rather loose around the ankle. My chief complaint is the color. I expected the bright blue laces but I thought the herringbone fabric and the rest of the boot would be black. It's navy blue and with the bright red sole and the big word "Sorel" on the back, they are too casual and "fun" for me--and won't work with my black coats. So I am sending them back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute and Comfy But Run Small I normally wear a size 7.5 to 8 in shoes, but ordered these in an 8.5 after my friend, who owns a pair of Sorels and wears the same shoe size as me, told me to order a size up. I do not own a single pair of size 8.5 shoes, but I needed an 8.5 in these. Since they lace up, I just tie them nice and tight and they fit great. They are comfy right out of the box, and about as fashionable as you can get for a snow boot. I recommend them, despite the sizing issue. Haven't tried them in snow yet, but they look like they will hold up very well!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tivoli I received these boots in the mail and I am completely happy with them. I typically wear an 8.5 in shoes, I ordered a 9. I have plenty of room in these to wear a pair of thick socks, but they are not too big to wear with just thin socks. My opinion is that these are more true to size. Very comfortable from the first time I put them on and went hiking. I had happy, warm, dry feet afterwards :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Subtle Silhouette - Striking Appearance I have narrow feet so SORELs are often too wide for me. The Tivoli is narrower in the foot-bed and that really works for me. I am a measured size 7 bur ordered these in 7.5. They fit perfectly - meaning I can't even wear thick socks with them, but I shouldn't need to with how warm they are! I also love that the lining is warm and fuzzy without looking like fur.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them! Great boot! Extremely comfortable. Live in Michigan and they are perfect for the cold winters. Usually wear a size 7 1/2, so after reading reviews went to an 8 and fit great. Definitely would recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super cute but wrong size I really love the boots. They are even cuter than the picture when they actually got here. However, they fit really small. I ordered a half size bigger than normal and I am actually returning them to get another size up. So I'm a whole full size over my normal size. I am really excited to get the pair that fits!
