How to Measure Your Foot

  • Place your feet flat on a piece of paper and mark your longest toe and the back of your foot. It's best to do this standing and wearing socks
  • Measure the length (cm) straight from your longest toe to the back of your foot using a ruler or measuring tape.
  • Use the chart to find your size.

Women's 1964 PAC Boot Liner is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 73.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits perfectly I ordered these to go inside my 1964 CVS premium boots & they fit perfectly on my foot & inside the boots. (I saw other reviews that said otherwise). I ordered 9.5, my normal Sorel size. I just wanted to change the look of my boots with the fleece peeking out the top. I wish the fleece topped liners were available for my Joan of Arctics as well. Kind of tired of the faux fur look of those.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great quality I purchased the 6.5 with hopes that it would fit my Joan of Arctic boot, unfortunately it did not but it is still made very well. It is cozy and comfortable, I decided to keep it with hopes of fitting a future boot due the quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sizing All the reviews I read, everyone seemed to have trouble finding a correct size when ordering liners. Here's what I found; I have an old pair of Caribou boots without liners that had no size info on them. I guessed that they were a men's 8 (=women's 10). I usually wear a women's 9 or 9.5. I measured my foot according to the instructions, it measured 10in from big toe to heal =25.5cm. According to the chart a W size9 is 26cm or a men's 8. I ordered this size thinking that they would fit the men's size 8 boots the best. They fit the boots beautifully but are tight on my foot. I was afraid the W9.5 would not fit the boots but I now wish I had ordered them instead.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love! I ordered a half size bigger than my shoe size due to the reviews indicating they ran on the small size. They fit perfectly and look nice with my boots that originally had a faux fur top. I wanted a more understated look and these liners are exactly what I was looking for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits Perfectly I ordered this liner because i wanted the "snow cuff". The 1964 pac boot i had ordered a few years prior did't have the cuff. I read through most of the reviews and ordered the same size as my boot and it fits perfect. i will keep my old liner as a spare.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits Joan of Arctic Snow Boot I have the Joan of Arctic Snow Boot (purchased in 2017) in size 9.5 and purchased the Women's 1964 Pac Boot Liner in size 9.5. I had no issue inserting the size 9.5 liner into the size 9.5 boot (others reviews mentioned to go down in size for the liner). I am not a huge fan of the fur trim liner that comes in the Joan of Arctic Snow Boot so I decided to replace the liner. The 1964 Pac liner is about one inch shorter than the boot. The snaps on the top outside of the boot that the original liner snaps onto (the leather strap handles) are exposed but this does not bother me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Product Information The product description for boot liners does not list the dimensions of the liners. I have Manitou boots purchased in the late 1990s and there is no way to accurately choose the proper size liner. I called customer service and was told that customer service has no dimensions. I asked if I could trace the boot and send it to customer service in order to get the correct size. Th customer service representative said that the call center has no product to measure. She said that the the warehouse has the product and I cannot speak to anyone at the warehouse. My foot size has changed and the manufacturer of the boots changed from Canada to Asia so I do not know the size of the boots. Seriously, is it too much trouble to list the dimensions of your product?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits Joan of Artic I wanted a less dramatic liner than the fur one on my Joan of Artics. This one works well, although a little bit short and the snap on the boot is exposed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love My Inserts Love my inserts however they do not fit into the boot I bought them for. They fit my foot perfectly but will not got into the boot. Too tight. I will hold onto them for another boot when the time is right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I confused myself reading and re-reading reviews! I bought size 10.5 boots and this liner in a 10.5, having confused myself on sizing by reading and re-reading the reviews! I would recommend your true size in a liner and sizing up a size for the boot you plan to line. These liners will not even go more than halfway into a loosened boot of the same size!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Impossible To Size I followed other reviewers' advice and got a half size larger boot (9). I also got a size 9 liner, which now I see was probably a mistake. However, when I hold the liner and boot together, the size 9 liner has a bigger footprint than the size 9 boot! Isn't a 9 a 9? Where's the consistency/quality here? Very disappointed, haven't bought boots in years and was very much looking forward to this combo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made an old pair of Sorels new again My mom gave me a pair of boots that she no longer needed - about 20 years old. Ordered New liners - a size bigger based on reviews - my boots are like brand new!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice new liners! I bought Joan of Artic boots like, at least 5 years ago and have never replaced the liner.I live in Chicago and have worn my boots while taking public transport through a snowmageddon, a polar vortex and lots of other extreme winter weather. These are not for joan and the wool top comes up to the top of the boot but does not stick out. They are strictly functional for me so I totally don't care and after however many years I've had my boots I got sick of the puffy thing on the top of joan boots and my BF referring to them as "the boots with the fur" like the song. Anyhow I got a size 7.5 forgetting that my boots are size 7 but they still fit fine. And they are so soft and warm and cozy that I'm totally buggin.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too large and too tall I was so disappointed in my order of the boot liners. I originally ordered a size 8 in my winter boots (because I had read that they ran a bit big, so I went with the size I wear in sneakers even though I am usually a 7.5). The boots were entirely too large, but when I went to exchange them two weeks after ordering them they were all "sold out". So, I decided to remedy the issue by ordering these liners. These too supposedly "ran small". I decided to order the 8's in liners as well though, because if the boots were 8's then shouldn't the liners be 8's? Wrong. There was not even a chance that these liners would fit into the boots, despite completely untying them. It was crazy how much bigger the size 8 liners were from the size 8 boots. I am so disappointed, not to mention out the $20 spent on shipping and handling. Waste of time and money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thanks goodness for accurate reviews! I purchased a pair of Sorel Caribous on Ebay that didn't come with liners. After reading other reviews on this site, I chose liners a half-size larger than the boot size in this style (as opposed to the ones that are supposed to go with the Caribous). I was nervous that they wouldn't fit into the boots, but lo and behold, they are the perfect fit! My size 7 - 7.5 feet fit great in size 7.5 liners inside of size 7 Caribou boots. I am so happy for other reviewers who led me to make the correct purchase! I read that the liners might be too tall for the Caribous, making the cuff stand an inch or so above the boot, but I found the height to be spot on. I read that the new styles of Sorel liners aren't slit at the front, making for a very snug fit, but these are very easy to get on and off. They are felt--maybe not as warm as I've heard they were in days past--but they seem pretty warm to me. We'll see how the winter goes! Thanks, reviewers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from a great replacement item I've had my "competitor" all weather boots for over 10 years and it was time to replace the liner. Unfortunately, they didn't sell replacement liners. So I looked to Sorel for liners and found these. They fit into my "competitor" boots perfectly, are well made, and the price is right. Now when it's time to replace my "competitor" boots, I'll stick with Sorel, because Sorel sells boots AND liners. Thanks Sorel!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Judy's Recycled Felt Boot Liner Review These are great; especially for the snowy 0 degrees to 10 degrees weather. Have not had to try below 0 weather yet. These liners for Sorels (I've had my Sorels for 24 years!!) are difficult to find at any of the outdoor outlets; so very good that I can still get them directly from Sorel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sorel Boot Liners My Sorel winter boots that must be at least 15-20 years old. I am just now replacing the felt liners. This was the best match I was able to find on the website. They are good, but not as good as the original liners. For example, I was able to walk around with no socks in the old liners and still have toasty, warm feet. The new ones are not quire as warm. Which is the only reason I rated 4/5 and not excellent. Perhaps the density of the felt is not as thick. Regardless, I would still recommend this product. The outer boots have outlasted several lesser quality books.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Felt Liner Replacement After 10 years of non-use due to liner disintegration, my '1960's Sorel Pac boots are back in service. Couldn't find the men's size I needed, so I ordered women's cross-over size and they fit. Nice to have the ol' Pac boots back in use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Replacement liners for 1980's Womens Caribou First tried ordering mens replacement liners for my circa 1986 womens Caribous; that's what I got the 1st time I replaced the liners. But the mens size was too big, and Sorel had no smaller sizes available. The Women's 1964 PAC liner wound up fitting perfectly, true to my normal shoe size. I have no idea what size the boots are- that wore off long ago. The new liners are a lot thinner than what I've had previously, with a polypropelene inner layer. The outer layer contains no wool at all. I miss that warm, comfy, cushiony feeling of the old thick liners (that's why I gave them a 4 instead of a 5.) Now have to rely soley on sox for that, I guess. The poly makes for good wicking of moisture away from your foot, so the boots have been plenty warm during active use in sub-zero (-15 F) temps. Haven't ice-fished in them yet, so the jury is still out on how they perform during inactive periods in extreme cold. I sure am glad Sorel boots last so long & they continue to stock replacement liners! I wasn't happy about paying shipping twice, in order to get the right size. On website, they should have an 'edit' button for these reviews, if the site finds an error in your submission. I had to start all over when I made a mistake.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good choice this was the right liner for my boot. My feet are still getting chilly, but I'm standing around on cold concrete or ice/snow. If I move around my feet stay warm. I'm wondering if I need a new shell? The outer boot is 15-20 years old and there is some wear on the bottom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast shipping and toasty toes! I couldn't be happier with my new boot liners. I bought them to replace the worn out liners in a pair of Sorels that are over 30 years old. The boots are a men's size 8 and when I went to order a men's 8 they were out of stock so I went with a women's size 9 and they fit perfect! Thank you for offering such a top notch product!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Warmer than the old liners! These new boot liners are warmer than the old felt liners they replaced. I'm extra happy with my Sorels now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Size 11 fits a size 10 foot. First of all, I'd like to thank everyone who left helpful reviews. My girlfriend normally wears size 10, but after reading the reviews, we decided to get her size 11. Good choice. They fit her size 10 Sorel boots perfectly, and now she's good for another 5 years or more. The snow cuffs are a few inches higher than the boot, but that's not a problem. The overall quality is excellent. Thanks for a good product, and fast delivery.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Liners for Sorel Caribou These liners were purchased for a pair of Kaufman Sorel Caribou boots. They fit well. No problem with getting them in. Unfortunately they do not put any wool in these anymore. Don't yet know how they will be for warmth.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't fit Manitou Another reviewer indicated these liners fit the Manitou. However, these were about an inch too high. It's unfortunate they don't make liners for the Manitou from the 90s any longer. My outer boots are in perfect condition just wanted new liners to make them "like new." Now I'm stuck with liners because I don't w ant to pay for shipment back.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Buy! I had an old pair of Sorels donated to me, and the liner was very warm, but warn down and could be replaced. I'm normally an 8.5, but at the time of my order, they were sold out, so I got an 8. They fit my foot and boot great! My feet are just as warm and dry as they were with the old liners. :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It Fit Bought these as replacement liners for my wife's 30 year old Manitou Boots (no longer produced), after several minutes on the phone, the Sorrel representative was able to verify that the 1964 PAC would fit. Got them two days later and it worked out great. Now my wife can wear the Maintou Boots for another 30 years around the yard and to work in the snow and cold. Thanks to the Rep. for her help!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Replacement liner sizing for women's Caribous (circa 1983) I bought these liners as replacement liners for my wife's beloved circa 1983 Caribous. After reading lots of other reviews on the Sorel website about fit for replacement liners, I chose the 1964 women's size 8 liners. I was unable to discern the original size of her Caribous, but she wears a size 7 1/2 shoe and so I gambled with a slightly larger size given that other reviewers said the replacement liners run small. I went with the 1964s because other reviewers said the Caribou replacement liners extended too far above the original Caribou shell. Turns out I gambled correctly - everything fit perfectly - the size 8 seems like the right size for someone with a shoe size of 7 1/2 and who would have bought original Caribous in the 80s to fit a foot of that size. And the 1964 liners were exactly the right height. If it weren't for other reviews on this website, I might have bought size 7 Caribou liners (that's what the folks at the Columbia flagship store in downtown Portland suggested), and would have had to return them for being both too small and too tall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly What I Wanted I have had my Sorel boots for over 20 years. With the replacement liners they are just like new. The cost and shipping were reasonable and they arrived a few days after I placed the order. The liner I first put in the left boot rubbed the back of my foot. I flip flopped them and they were perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect replacement fit. Good product, quick shipping. The wifely one is happy to have warm feet again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fourth set of liners! I've had the same two pairs of Sorels for years, replace the liners every so often. The liners get thinner each time I buy them; it's not much, maybe 1/32 or 1/16 and oddly, it doesn't make much difference overall because the old liners were smashed down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't beieve it I bought Sorel's Caribou boots back in 1982, and I still have them, the inserts were getting quite worn and I didn't think that after this many years I would still be able to find them. I went on Sorel's website and there they were I couldn't believe it! So now after 31 years my boots feel like new. I highly recommend this boot and inserts for snow mobiling and being out in the cold weather!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from boot inserts Arrived in a timely manner. Feet the boot but are a bit tight on my feet. I expect they will relax & conform to my feet after some uses. I would order these again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 1964 PAC boot liner This liner is closer to the style of my old Caribous. There simply not as good quality as they used to be. Why don't they offer replacement felt PACs that are made mostly of wool felt like they used to? The wool is warmer and much more comfortable. I would gladly pay any extra money required to have better quality inner felts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thank goodness I do not have to buy a new pair of boots They fit great in my old Sorel Boots. They are a bit taller than the boot, about an inch of the gray felting shows above the boot line, but does not look bad.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Boot Liners were not as expected..... I was searching for 13mm felt liners 9 inches tall. While I am sure the new technology is OK for around town, I personally feel more secure with heavy felt under my feet, standing around in -25F and snow.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I was looking for! Great fit for my feet. Great fit for my 20 yr old boots that were otherwise in good condition except for the liner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice replacement liner I ordered this liner for my wife's 30 year old pair of Caribou boots. Her old boots where women's but the old liner was marked as size 5 which was probably the men's size (She wears a W 6 1/2). I ordered a size 7 and it fit just fine. It is not as thick as the old liners and it is more of a synthetic material than the old felt liners. I originally ordered the liner that says it is a Caribou liner but the ankle does not open up and she could not get her foot into it. So, this liner was my second try at a replacement. My wife really likes the new liners...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Service and product Service was very good and they helped me find what I needed. The boot liners fit my boots perfectly and now I have Sorel snow boots that will last another 15 years. I am happy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from not quite what I needed, but I am satisfied My husband's childhood boots fit me perfectly and the outsides are still in excellent condition (!), the liners being 30 years old were a bit disgusting. I ordered these in hopes of replacing them (there were no liners for sale on the kid's page). I had to guess on size and style. The foot size was great, but the height is a bit off (there is about 1 inch of liner above the leather edge before the fur cuff), but since these are my tromping around the neighborhood boots I dont care about their look as long as my feet stay warm (which they do!) Since these boots last forever and styles change slightly it would be helpful if they gave all the dimensions on their page (or placed a grid behind a picture) but I am satisfied. I also am pleased with the speed of delivery and the 'use recycled boxes' program Thanks!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from renewed liners These were not the correct liners for my boots Not sure how to get the ones that "go with " my boots? Thanks I love my Sorels I have had them since the seventies and was so excited to refurbish them with new liners.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Company was great to deal with but product not like original I was disappointed that these liners were all polyester versus the 50% wool that the original liners were. I have had sorel boots for probably 20 years and I love them, but the liners are not the quality of the original liners

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Felt boot liner My pac boots are 30 years old and the original felt boot liner had deteriorated! The replacement liners fit perfectly and now I'm good to go for another 30 years. I take good care of my stuff, but good stuff tend to last. I've never been unhappy with traditional SOREL boots.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just what I was looking for I have a pair of 25 year old Manitous. The liners were worn and had holes in them, but the outer part of the boots was still in great condition. Not wanting to buy a whole new pair of boots, I got on the Sorel website and ordered these babies. Many of the other reviews mention that they feel small or narrow, and I agree. However, having worn them a few times now, I do believe the felt stretches a bit, as they feel less snug than when I first put them on. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect... I have a pair of Sorel Nomad boots that are approximately 25 years old. The inside linings were kind of worn out but the boot itself was in excellent shape. I emailed customer service about which boot liner I should get and they recommended these. The fit is perfect! The cuff at the top is about the same height as the cuff of my boot and they look cute with that double cuff! I cleaned the boots up good and applied a new coat of waterproofing. My daughter has taken them on a trip to Alaska and she says they are perfect. Her feet are warm and dry!
