How to Measure Your Foot

  • Place your feet flat on a piece of paper and mark your longest toe and the back of your foot. It's best to do this standing and wearing socks
  • Measure the length (cm) straight from your longest toe to the back of your foot using a ruler or measuring tape.
  • Use the chart to find your size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great boots These boots have great traction, very comfortable and warm. They do run a bit big, but definitely worth the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ice Fishing boots I bought these 2 times first time i ordered on line my size and they were huge on me, so I went to the store to return them and the lady there told me they run big, So I ordered a size smaller and they fit PERFECT nice and cozy. NOW on there performance they are the BEST pair of "ice Fishing" or outside cold boots I own. I stood on the ice for about 6-7 hours Slaying the fish and my feet NEVER once felt the cold, temp outside was -9 and with the wind here in Chicago it was more like -25. I will be buying a pair for my girlfriend as well since she does come out fishing with me. And as far as price like anything you buy going to pay for good quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sorel Intrepid boots I wore these boots while snow mobiling in Maine near the Canadian border. I was there for 3 days and averaged being out in -10 degree and lower weather. Not only were my feet dry, my feet were warm the whole time. These boots are awesome and I would definitely recommend these boots. They are the best cold weather boots that I have ever owned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Happy Bought these to deer and waterfowl hunt. Could not be happier, I always have cold feet, but no more. I have used them in -10 actual temp in a layout blind where you cant move your feet very much and my toes were ok with only 1 medium heavy sock and a liner. As others have stated there is slight slop in the heel when you walk but I think the warmth and construction of the boot outweighs that issue. Sizing; go with what you wear in an uninsulated boots, if they are initially too snug pull out the 1st insole and then you can put it back in as you get the boots worn in a little. Very happy with the construction of the boot. I originally ordered the Glacier and was not happy with the feel of the thinner material on the side of the boot, I felt a cornstalk or bean stubble would go right thru. The Interpid Explorer XT are tough and well worth the investment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Boots for Extreme Cold I bought these boots online for when I go ice fishing up north. I had tried several different hiking and hunting boots but would always still have cold feet at the end of the day. These boots are incredibly warm AND comfortable. I can easily spend 6 to 8 hours on the ice without even noticing the cold in my toes. Sometimes they are too warm if the temp is higher than 30 degrees. They are, however, pretty bulky and awkward the first time you put them on. They are big boots and need getting used to. They are definitely not for walking and hiking great distances, but on the ice they slide and move through the snow very well. If you're looking for a great boot for ice fishing, stand hunting, snowmobiling/ATV these are for you, just make sure you know what they are to be used for. Overall these are my favorite boots (good enough for me to logon here and write a review) and I've owned Sorels, LaCrosse, and many others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing boot I purchased these in a size 11 and I normally wear 11.5 in almost everything. When I tried them on with my thickest wool sock and tied tight, my heel still lifted. A size 10 would've been great, with the option to remove one of the three foot beds in less cold weather. I ended up returning them, and then the sale stopped and I wish I would've gotten a 10 when they were on sale. Bomber boots for anyone with cold feet. I live in the pacific northwest so these are probably overkill, but there's nothing worse than cold feet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for ice fishing! I've owned a pair of Intrepid Explorers for 4-5 years now and use them solely for ice fishing, mostly in upstate NY and the Adirondacks and typically in bitter cold conditions. I absolutely love them. I'm typically on the ice from before sunrise to after sunset, do 20-30 trips per year, and put an estimated 60-90 miles on them per year. My feet rarely get cold and never get soar in these boots. They are incredibly comfortable. The first pair I bought leaked but the replacement pair, which was covered, has been waterproof to satisfaction. I spend alot of time dragging my sled and sprinting to tipups and the traction is great (need ice cleats for glass ice). My first pair of ice fishing boots was a pair of Caribou's, that I still wear on occasion, but my feet tend to get cold and soar after a while. If you're looking for a pair of ice fishing boots, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on the Intrepid Explorers. They have multiple sole inserts in them plus the felt inner boot so your foot is at least 2" above the ice which I think makes them so warm (yet I never feel like my feet are sweating...and they sweat in everything else). After all of this abuse the nylon material near the lace loops is wearing in spots and small holes are starting but I suppose they have held up fairly well considering the annual wear and tear. My one recommendation (if this hasn't been improved already) would be to use a slightly more durable nylon material that might hold up a little better - only reason I gave it 4 stars as opposed to 5. For the price I'd like them to last a little longer. In any event, buy these boots!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Sorel I ever owned After purchasing my wife a pair of Women’s Alpha Pac™ XT Boot, which she loves. I sprung for a pair of Men’s Intrepid Explorer™ XT, for myself. They are worth every penny. The Most Comfortable pair of Sorel's, I have ever owned over the years. Seriously love, how they have performed so far this Minnesota winter.
