How to Measure Your Foot

  • Place your feet flat on a piece of paper and mark your longest toe and the back of your foot. It's best to do this standing and wearing socks
  • Measure the length (cm) straight from your longest toe to the back of your foot using a ruler or measuring tape.
  • Use the chart to find your size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by fit IS true to size BUT you should probably size up As the title says, the fit is true to size but you really should go up a half or whole size. I see a lot of people have been concerned/disappointed with the chaffing in the back of the ankle and/or bleeding. If I had to guess this would be because they are wearing the wrong size. These are winter boots that have a fair amount of insulation which should be taken into consideration when selecting a size. Plus keep in mind the weight/thickness of your winter socks. I have gone walking for hours with these boots, staying super warm and dry, with no blisters or bleeding. Have even gone on some wintry hikes with some micro spikes attached. I wear a 9.5 in all athletic/hiking shoes and a 9 in casual/high heeled shoes. For these boots I got a 10.5 for pairing with thick wool socks. At this size, everything fits perfectly. No chaffing and still have room to wiggle my toes. Ladies don't be afraid of a bigger shoe size! Foot comfort is so important! Too small of a size, you're gonna have a bad time. mmmkay? Rated 5 out of 5 by Buy them Super happy with these boots. Keeping your feet dry and warm is exactly what they will do, even if you decide to go swimming in snow. They are made very well and are very comfortable. Plus they are super cute and you will get compliments on them everywhere you go! March 27, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Boots, a few quirks I received these boots as a gift. They are great quality and keep my feet toasty. I am normally a size 8.5, i received a size 9 and they fit just right. The heel does dig in, it was quite annoying. So i used a strip of cardboard and put it between the liner and outside of boot. I think the stability of the boot was off, because the feeling went away immediately. Great boots otherwise!! March 20, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Super Warm and Stylish Boot By far my favorite pair of boots for the snowy days in Chicago. They have great traction too. Such stylish and fun to wear around town. February 21, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love these boots! These boots are warm and comfortable. Some previous reviews talked about the boots digging into the heel, but to use heavier socks and it would be fine. I don't have heavy socks, so I noticed that they slightly dug in at first, but once they started to break in, I didn't notice it anymore. They are nice and warm and tall enough for our Buffalo winters! I also love the colors (anything in the pink family works for me) and I've received many compliments on them. January 31, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love them! so cute and warm I got these for Christmas and could not wait to test them out in the New England weather! They are indeed warm and made for heavy snow. I saw that a lot of reviews state that the heel rubs and causes blisters, but luckily for me, I haven't had this problem. If I could buy the other colors, I would! I love them. January 31, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love my boots! I really love these boots and I'm glad that Santa brought them to me for Christmas! I live in the northeast and hadn't gotten much use out of these until this past week but I am happy to say that they have exceeded my expectations. They are very warm and waterproof. My only complaint is that they have given me some blisters but that has been solved by the use of an extra pair of socks. I am looking forward to breaking these in over the next couple of months but The quality is so good that I'm sure they will last me for years! January 30, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by SO disappointed These were my first ever pair of Sorel boots. They were a holiday gift since I cannot afford them myself. After all of the amazing things I've heard about your brand I am so incredibly disappointed. What are now my only Winter boots make me bleed every. single. time. I wear them. The back of the heel where the rubber ends chafes without fail, no matter how short a distance I walk or how thick my socks. I expected better for the price and reputation. January 28, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Wanted to love these... But SO uncomfortable I have been wanting a pair of Sorels for years and was so excited to get these as a gift for Christmas. As other reviews mentioned though, the rubbing on the back of the heels and calves makes them unwearable. I keep thinking I'll get blisters and break them in, but after over a month it's not getting any better... I end up bleeding regardless of the socks I wear every time I put these on for more than a few minutes. Truly wish I could return them for a more comfortable style. These shoes are so expensive and such a let down, I definitely wouldn't recommend them. January 26, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Winter Boot, Need to Break In First! I've heard a lot of great things about Sorel and finally decided to buy a pair. I would advise anyone who doesn't already own a pair of Sorel boots to utilize their Fit Guide. I am usually a size 7 for almost all shoes/boots, but after reading several reviews and measuring my foot with the Fit Guide I ended up buying a 6.5. The first day I tried the boots on they seemed a little tight around the ankle area. It was especially rough on my Achilles heel for both feet, the spine of the shoe kept rubbing against it and I ended up with red sores! I almost wanted to return the boots, but my fiance convinced me to wait a week and break them in. I'm glad I listened to him because after the second wear I hardly noticed the spine at all. It still presses against my Achilles heel, but not to the point of pain. The boots fit my feet comfortably with a normal pair of socks (not too thick). Overall, these are really great winter boots that keep my feet dry and warm! Great for a Chicago winter. Takes a day or two to break in though. January 26, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Pull on Straps Poor Quality Love Sorels but I was so surprised to find that after two times wearing them, the buttons on the pull tabs that support my putting on the shoes have improperly separated from the boot rendering the pull on feature useless. The straps now flap next to the calf of the boot. Would love to continue supporting Sorel, but was disappointed the button mechanism seems poorly manufactured. January 26, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cold weather Great for Michigan weather. I walk over 40minutes a day outside and these boots are perfect for my needs! January 24, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect in Chicago I got these boots in a rush before the big chill/snowfall we got in January this year and they have been great. I have very cold feet (I get chilblains) and my feet are warmer in these boots in the snow than they are in Uggs indoors. I've worn the boots walking in the snow and sludge in -20 degree windchill and and they were 100% waterproof and kept my feet warm. The boots don't feel too clumpy and fit well around my ankle and up the leg (I have small calves). They are great for walking in snow and on more icy surfaces without slipping. I got the black boots with blue laces, as I didn't want them to stand out too much, and if I changed the color of the laces these could pass for a more everyday boot. I don't think you could fit jeans/trousers over the top of them though. The only downside is what others have mentioned - the spine of the boot does dig into my heel a bit, but only after a long time of walking and it isn't too bad. January 22, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not what I expected from Sorel I had my pack boots for over 20 years and I wore them through every winter and every excursion. I loved my Sorels! but it was time for a new pair. My sister has the Joan of Arctic which I love so I opted to purchase the same style. Unfortunately, the manufacturing had changed drastically in just 2 years. The boot was cute but not practical for cold Minnesota weather or daily hikes on the river. I wore them once and could feel every pebble, stick, and sidewalk crack through the sole. It felt like I was in my worn out Chucks. I've sent them back and now struggling with What style I should try next. Or, if I need to say goodbye to Sorel altogether. :-( January 18, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Gave me blisters in 30 minutes I wanted to love these. They are really beautiful if you are standing still in your house. I took them out & had blisters on both heels in less than an hour. They also aren't as warm as I had hoped. All I wanted was to play with my kids in the snow! A big let down. January 15, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not good for walking! I wish I had listened to the few negative reviews of these boots. When I first got them, they were fine. Kind of difficult to put on initially, but less so with a little wear. They've kept my feet warm and dry, no issues. But now that I'm back to work after the holidays, these boots' true nature reveals itself. I live in Chicago, and walk daily 5 blocks to the train for my commute to work. After 3 blocks, it became clear that these boots are NOT made for walking. Same issues are others have mentioned - my achilles heels have been rubbed raw by the spine AND, no matter what I do, no matter what type of socks I wear, these boots pull my socks off! Remember when that happened when you were a kid? Suddenly I feel like I'm 8 again, unable to keep my socks on. Just adds to the discomfort and my now bare heels being rubbed. I can't believe I paid as much for these things as I did. For years I've heard about Sorel as super high-quality winter boots, and yet it seems no one who works at Sorel ever bothered to test these things in actual real life scenarios. I'm so annoyed and wish I could return them, but it's too late. Cute style, but I'm going to have buy a different pair of boots for the times I actually need to walk. January 15, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Function and fashion but not without flaws. I bought these boots to replace the Sorel's I'd been wearing for 15 years. I searched far and wide before making this purchase and, while I really love them, they definitely have room for improvement. The first time I wore these boots I was walking on a snow covered mountain in 10 degree temperatures for 5 hours. My feet were toasty warm and dry the entire time. I have worn them in the snow, freezing rain/slush and below freezing temperatures multiple times since then and have been completely dry and comfortable in them each time. I wear the same size in every shoe type and style. I tried on and bought my normal size in these boots and they fit perfectly. They're not too loose with lightweight ski socks and they're not too tight with heavyweight hiking/hunting socks. I definitely noticed the issue with the "bending in" of the boot spine. Initially I worried this would become a real problem, but each time I noticed it happening I was able to adjust the boot so it was comfortable again. After a dozen or so times wearing these boots I can still see the spot where the boot spine is bending in but it does not dig into my calf at all anymore and doesn't require any adjustment after I get them on. I have really skinny legs and these boots definitely make my calfs look BIG. I bought them for function, so I got over this most unflattering feature of the boots pretty quickly. I have gotten soo many compliments on them anyway! Everyone wants to know what brand they are. When you're spending this much money on boots you have to know what's most important to you. For me, I wanted warmth and comfort in extremely cold, wet conditions and these boots delivered. Everything after that is icing on the cake. January 12, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by This boot HURTS I got this boot as a Christmas gift (I asked for these in particular) and wore them for the first time this week. They hurt me so badly, I wanted to take them off and walk barefoot in the snow. The back of the boot digs so badly into my achilles area of the back of my leg I have open red sores! A boot this respected and that costs this much shouldn't hurt the wearer like this. I am returning them for a refund and have been completely turned off by Sorels. I want a boot that is cute, warm AND comfortable. This particular style of Sorels are cute and warm, but they hurt like heck. Don't buy the Joan of Arctic boots! January 10, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love Sorel These boots are so comfortable very warm the only thing is that the spine of the back of the boot its a little annoying it doesn't hurt you or anything like that but you get used to it I Love my sorel boots never had a pair it is very cold in chicago this year and I bought i different brand and my feet where frozen i took them back amd got these and haven't had a problem my feet are very warm my mom was right about Sorel boots very warm and worth every penny she had hers for over 4 years. Love Sorel :) January 9, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by So cold and very big I purchased these boots because I see so many people wearing them and I wanted a good warm pair of boots for New England winters that would stay warm and dry. I had them on yesterday playing with my kids in the backyard and after 15-20 minutes my feet were frozen and I was wearing good warm smart wool socks. The rest of me was fine. My neighbor who was in a cheaper brand, her feet were fine. My feet were so numb I had to go inside. I am so disappointed in boots that I thought were good quality winter warmers. Also I ordered my typical size (didn't size up for boots) and they are too big. These are very clunky boots. Be prepared to clomp around. All around very very disappointed. January 9, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Almost great This boot is made well & is comfortable, but the boot ends at the widest part of my calf making it not very flattering. It would be perfect if the shaft height was slightly shorter or slightly taller. January 8, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Moon Boots This is my very first pair of winter boots, so read my review with that in mind. The construction and materials were excellent quality! The sizing was true to size for me, I wear 8.5 and the 8.5 fit perfectly. However, although the sizing was right, they looked and felt enormous! I had to deliberately pick each leg up to take a step. Very awkward. I feel like these are meant for walking on the moon. I realize these would be perfect if you are dealing with the snow every single day, as in the Yukon, not NYC :) It's just a bit much for every day walking with the occasional snow. I had to mail these back. However, Sorel makes excellent products. Good luck and happy shopping! January 8, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Digs into your ankle This boot is super cute and I really wanted to love it. However, as some other reviewers have mentioned, the spine of of the boot folds when you walk and it completely digs into your ankle. This does not "break in" and seems to get worse. The actual fit from front to back was good. Please fix this issue Sorel, I would love to be able to comfortably wear this boot!! January 8, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Boot - But SUPER Large This is such a cute boot! And super warm! BUT the sizing is WAY off - so beware. I typically wear a size 8 in regular shoes, but I always get a size 8.5 in boots (to accommodate socks). I bought an 8 in these, after reading the reviews, and they were still too big! Unfortunately, I did not realize quite how large they were, until I was across the country on a ski vacation. The heel did rub my foot pretty badly (as other reviews have said), but I think this was only because they were too large. Luckily, I was able to sell them on Ebay for almost the same price that I purchased them for. And I just re-ordered the 7.5. So, my advice: order a full size smaller! January 6, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Women’s Joan Of Arctic™ Knit Boot The boot was a Christmas gift for my daughter. The boot was a perfect fit. Our family went hiking in minus degree temperatures and my daughter was the only one not complaining about how cold her feet were. The boot kept her feet dry and warm the entire hike. I just wish I had ordered a pair for me! Having a college student away from home and traveling in the winter months is reassuring she has good footwear to keep her warm. December 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love these boots I had a different pair of Sorels for over 10 years so it was time for some new ones. I was skeptical about the size after I read some of the reviews, but found out when I tried them on they are true to size. Love the look and the feel. Very durable. So glad I got them. Well worth it! December 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Adore These Boots! These boots are perfect! They didn't let me down when I opened the package and was able to try them on. From reading other reviews, I was a little nervous about the rubbing of the heels. But there were no problems. I wore them for a day and nothing was wrong. For the people who say they are hard to walk in, Yea, they are little thick but they are snow boots. If you haven't ever walked in skiing or snowboard boots before then these will feel off to you. But if you have, then you will notice these are way easier to walk in. They are warm and comfy. Which is always a plus! I love the style of them. I can wear them out with a cute outfit during New England winter weather. So, overall I am beyond happy with this purchase. :) December 28, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by terrible fit I have had a pair of sorel's for years and loved them, but since Sorel is coming out with lots of cute, updated snow boots I thought i should upgrade as well. These are super cute, but they did look a bit large and "clownish". I can get over the look but they are super hard to walk in and most importantly the "spine" of the boot folds when you walk and it completely digs into your ankle. I am wearing them around my house to "break them in", but this is a design flaw. Very cute, but not functional...being returned! December 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by LOVE this boot! Size: My true size is a 6.5 on my right foot and a 7 on my left. I ordered the 7 and they were tight on my toes. I sent them back and reordered the 7.5 and they fit perfectly! Quality: This boot is fantastic. One and a half feet of snow fell last week and I was easily able to trek through it with this boot and my feet didn't get wet at all. This week the temperatures are like spring weather and my back yard is nothing but a puddle of water... still nothing soaks through these boots. Style: I ordered the black and I'm in LOVE with them. They are beautiful. They get the job done in the hefty snow and I was just in NYC for a day trip and they were supper fashionable for going out, too. Returns: I do find it a bit frustrating that Sorel does not offer free returns. All of their boots fit differently and it can be difficult to figure out your size. Sorel is such a fantastic boot, I see myself having these for the next 5+ years so I want them to fit well. Because they are so heavy, it cost me $12 to return. My only complaint is that Sorel should offer free returns, or have some store fronts so that I can go into the store and figure out my size by trying them on. Overall: Fantastic boot. Would recommend to EVERYONE!!! December 26, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Dug into the back of ankles I should have listened to all of the reviews regarding the back of the boot cutting into the ankles. The boots are adorable and seem perfect, except for the fact that the back cuts into the back of the ankle when you walk. I tried putting on heavier socks and it made no difference. Don't waist your money. December 21, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Snaps continuously break during common use I have purchased these boots not once, but TWICE this winter to deal with the Chicago weather. My first pair 3 of the 4 snaps broke so I returned and purchased a new pair. Now on my second pair a snap has broken as well. The snap pulls off the inside of the boot beyond repair. This is happening during normal light use and break off while walking. I have not pulled on the straps at all either. I was very cautious with this pair and they still broke. Not worth the cost. December 17, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Not my favorite Sorel boots I ordered the Joan of Arctic Wedge last year and loved them. This year, I wanted a warmer boot. After reading lots of reviews, I went with the Joan of Arctic Knit due to the low temperature rating (and also because I'm not a big fan of fur, fake or not). I measure at a Size 6 on the Brannock device, and I'm a solid 6.5 in dress shoes and boots. However, I'm also a long distance runner and am accustomed to wearing larger shoes when needed (I wear up to a Size 7.5 in running shoes). I struggled with sizing on this boot. Luckily I have friends with this boot, and after trying on both a 6.5 and 7, I went with the 7. I wanted very much to go with the 6.5 as it is such a clunky, heavy duty boot, but there is something about flat Sorel boots that push my feet forward (same thing happened in the 1964 Premium CVS boot and Conquest Carly, but the heeled Medina II and the JOA Wedge fit perfect in 6.5). Plus, the lining takes up some space in the shoe. If I wasn't buying this boot to wear for long, snowy winter walks with the dog where I plan to wear thick hiking socks, I would have sized down to my normal boot size. My only complaint is that they are a little stiff, so I feel very limited when I walk (probably looks more like trudging) through the snow. Between this and the CVS 1964 Premium (shorter boot), I prefer the latter. December 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Classic Sorel Purchased these for my wife who always has cold feet in winter. I've owned Sorels for over 25 years and have always been extremely satisfied, so I gave it a shot. She loves them. Warm, water proof, and look great in a casual setting. She's happy and able to enjoy the cold weather. Would recommend to everyone. Order a 1/2 size larger. December 17, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Hard to walk in These boots are super cute and they get the job done when it comes to keeping your feet warm. They are super hard to walk and drive in. I hope it's just because they are new and I need to break them in, but they actually hurt the back of my feet. It almost feels like you are walking in snowboard boots. Again, I'm hoping they just need to be broken in. They are super hard to drive in, I suggest not doing so. December 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by What's Not to Love? These boots are just what I expected from Sorel. Well made, true to size fit, they are warm and very comfortable, not to mention so cute. The tread worked great on steep hills during my first outing with them. Needed these for the many hikes I take during the winter here in Anchorage and I'm very happy with my purchase. December 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love them! They are incredibly warm and perfect for any type of snow/rain! Definately recommend December 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great winter boots! I've only had two chances to bust these out in the (so far) mild Chicago winter, but they're great. Very warm and comfortable. I bought half a size up, just to make sure they worked with heavier socks. Definitely recommend! December 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Cute and functional After reading mixed reviews on sizing, I decided to use the size chart and guidelines that Sorel provides. I ended up measuring my normal size, and the boot fits great with normal (thin) socks. I got mine in Fossil and they look exactly as they do on the website. It hasn't been cold enough to wear them, but I am almost looking forward to the snowy days ahead in Michigan just so I can wear these boots! December 16, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Boots are too small I wear a size 12 and the boots size 12 were too small. The heal slips when walking. Also, not sure how I would drive my car in these boots, too bulking at the top. This is my 1st experience with Sorel and I'm really disappointed with the size and fit of the boots. December 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best investment! These boots are worth every penny. I was hesitant to spend $150, but after wearing them, I am SO happy I invested in a QUALITY pair of boots. I have at least four boots in my closet I bought that were cute, but didn't keep my feet warm. These not only keep my feet warm, but they are stylish and every time I wear them I get a compliment. A bit bulky, but in our cold Wisconsin weather, these will keep me warm and stylish. I can't rave enough about them!!! December 16, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Look huge! These are completely adorable in the photos and in person, but when you're wearing them it's almost like walking around in clown shoes. I will admit that these are the first snow boots I've had since I was a child, and maybe they're all like this but I feel like they're really big. They are perfect for the Minnesota winter though! December 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by BEST BOOT EVER! I just returned from snowtubing in The Poconos and my feet never stayed warmer than they did today!! Last year when we went snowtubing, I wore a generic no name "snow boot" from The Bonton... My feet froze and we had to shorten our day... December 13, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great snow boot Great boot for cold winter and snowy conditions. Fits a bit large. I read some people said it ran small but I think it runs a little big, but I bought thick socks and maybe that's why they run a little big so they can accommodate thicker socks. All in all a great boot that's cute too December 5, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Recommend I measured my foot size according to the guide and got a 7.5 which is normal. After reading reviews, most said they fit big so I got the 7.5. I should have went with gut instinct and got an 8. They fit tight with my heavy socks. I work outside and/or on concrete for 10 hours. The second day I worn them my feet were frozen. This is because my boot is too small so my feet can't breath. I would still recommend this boot! They would have been perfect if I got a size 8!!! Going through snow is amazing. My feet never get wet! December 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Finally! I have been wanting a pair of Sorel Joan of Articd for a few years and finally bit the bullet and got a pair. I was really nervous on what size to get after reading all the reviews and I would say they a pretty true to size maybe slightly big I wear between a 9 and 9 1/2 and the 9 1/2 fits perfect. I haven't gotten to use them snowshoeing yet but can't wait. They are a heavier boot but are so cute it makes up for it. I ended up getting the black with the knit top and order an extra liner with the fur too so I can have two different looks. They are great! Paired with my smart wool socks these bad boys are gonna see a lot of snow this winter. December 4, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Boot I love my new boots! Being in Montana I need something warm, these boots definitely do that. My only complaints are that they do run a little small. I wear an 8.5 in everything, these I should've gotten in a 9, maybe even 9.5. My other complaint is that the back of these boots are very stiff and hurt the backs of my ankles pretty bad from rubbing. I hope this will get better as they break in though. December 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Give it a chance! So like many, I am a college student and I needed a boot that was practical: waterproof, comfortable, the works! (and let's not forget these boots are really cute too) So knowing I would probably need to buy these online, I went to the mall to try this style on in the store to see which size would fit. Of course they had the same boot style, but not the colors I wanted. I am usually 8-8.5 and the 8's were a little snug. So online I went and bought the 8.5's. At first I was skeptical because even though they were warm, they slightly slouched in the back towards the ankle and digged into my heels a bit just like in other reviews. A friend recommended that I should be wearing a thicker sock on when using my boots (the ones you wear skiing, snowboarding etc). So today I told myself I would try this out and if it didn't work, I would return them. Sure enough the boots fit great with these socks inside! My feet were so warm, they fit like a glove and I am now in love all over again. Socks to go with aren't expensive and you can wear the same ones over again. Totally worth buying these boots! Just have to give them a try and see what works best for your feet! Remember: Everyone gets the same boot, but not everyone has the same feet! December 3, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed I was very excited when my Sorel boots were delivered a couple days ago and in what I thought was a short amount of time. The boots are super cute, more purple than I expected, but cute boots! Size - I wear a size 8.5-9, but ordered an 8 based on previous reviews. At first the boot was too tight, but has since stretched out some. I probably could have ordered an 8.5 though. Fit - It is difficult putting the boot on and taking it off. I have to pull really hard actually. Which is strange, since the boot is not too small size-wise. Warmth - I live in Minnesota and it does pretty well keeping my feet comfortable....not warm, but ok. Toes end up being cold after a short time. Construction - I think there is either a design flaw or a construction flaw at the production factory that was overlooked by quality control. The boot buckles in at the base of my ankle and it's very painful! Every time I walk, the boot buckles in and rubs on the back of my ankles. I've tried Band-Aids, thick socks, rolling my pants so there is more support in the back. No luck. From what I can tell there is not enough support in the back of the boot and it just caves in...the thick purple lining should have gone all the way down the back of the boot to provide support & prevent it from buckling in. Or a stiffer back. I wouldn't mind the buckling if it didn't hurt so darn much and the blisters! I can't imagine the boot would have been intentionally designed in such a way, so there must be some sort of flaw. I wish I could have returned or exchanged the boot. I was very excited to order my first pair of Sorels, but am left feeling disappointed and my ankles hurt! December 2, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Cute and Warm I love these boots but I really wish they made replacement liners!!! December 1, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Rubs my heel I bought these boots to replace my Uggs that I got in college. I needed waterproof boots for walking the dog, shoveling and going to outdoor events. They rub my heel bad! I don't know if I walk differently than everyone else that loves these boots or if you can just put up with it but they are being returned. I usually wear a 9.5-10 depending on the shoe and I got these in a 9. They were fine at first but after all day at an outdoor football game I was nearly in tears with every step. December 1, 2014
