You may seek resolution directly through the retailer where you purchased the Sorel product. In many cases, the retailer will be able to assist you. You may also send Sorel products, shipping prepaid, directly to us.
If in Canada, please call the Warranty Department at (800) 265-7067 to have your warranty issues addressed. If in Europe, please call the Warranty Department at (33) 3-90-22-08-00. All products must be cleaned prior to shipment according to its care instructions. Please include a cover letter with your name, address, daytime phone number and a brief description of the problem. A copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase may also be required. We suggest that you send the product via a shipping service such as UPS so that the package can be traced if necessary.
