Sad but true... Loved these shoes as soon as they came out of the box! Soles are great for more than just strolling around city streets and loved the soft leather and the red color is great. But a combination of an unfortunate seam and strong elastic leads to a lump in the heel that is very uncomfortable. Wore them around the house with socks on hoping to either break in the shoe or my heels and neither happened. I regretted having to send them back...will be watching to see if there is a design change, as I would buy these shoes in a minute if they fixed the heel issue! March 14, 2012
