Lake proof We have a family cottage in the Laurentians (north of Montreal), and all the family enjoy outdoor activities. My wife and I are more into snowshoeing, we do trails around lakes and hills. There's a lot of snow up there (even this year) and the boots remain dry, the fact that you can tight the top of the boot prevent snow to get inside. This boots allow you to drive without sweating, spend several hours outside in the snow, and sit by the lake on a deck full of snow with a nice cold one (s) by - 15º March 6, 2012
Rubs these boots rub at the ankle bones, will have to break-in after working loose the ankle area-pack with material or paper. This could have been done at the factory instead of letting flatten out. They run large too, maybe even 1 whole size. an overall well built boot and should last me years. I do recommend these boots. February 19, 2012
Awesome Live in New England where it gets a lot of snow, rain, mud and cold, i also have 2 big dogs that have to be walked often and these boots work perfectly for long walks in the trails. I would advise people to buy a half size down as i did, i am an 11.5 and got an 11 they fit perfect. Overall these boots are fantastic and very comfortable, feet never cold, never wet and they grip in the snow/mud great. As a side note, these boots also look more fashionable that other options in winter boot. January 17, 2012
Made for a man but women like em too!! I love these boots. Warm AND waterproof. I work outdoors and have found these are great in snow, rain, cold and even mild temps. I bought the smallest men's pair and wear nice cozy socks to fill in the extra room. I will never be without them. Thank you Sorel. You rock! January 12, 2012
NYC Blizzard of 2010 After slipping up and down (yes literally) the subway stairs on my way to and from work on the Monday after the blizzard, I walked carefully past a store on the Upper West Side (70s and B'way) and saw these in the store window. Probably the best impulse buy of all time. I wore them home and walked two extra blocks because they were so comfortable and seemed to conquer the snow and ice covered sidewalks. Get these! Fitting The thing I have with these boots is they are really thight when putting them on but once your feet are in they are quite comfy, I just wish they would be slightly looser in the middle for the feet going in. November 17, 2009
