Lovely but nowhere near my half-size I really wanted these boots, because they're functional and more attractive than a lot of other shoes I might be wearing, working on a farm. But I am size 10.5 and I ordered 10, I think, because I saw a comment that the shoes ran big, but the shoes still squeezed a lot and I had to (pay to) return them. I had a great pair of boots from Sorel as a kid, and I had high hopes, but I guess that this company won't live up to my expectations unless they add sizes, or unless my feet get a half size larger or smaller! Bad fit These boots are really beautiful, but with my narrow footbed, I just couldnt find a right fit and had to give up. I'm a 7.5 narrow, so I started with a 7, but my toes hit the end, so I went to an, 8, and because it was so roomy, my foot slid up and my toes STILL hit the end. I had to give up on the boots. Maybe if you have a wider foot, they will fit but beware... I spent a lot of money ordering them and returning them! February 13, 2012
Hard to find duck boots I have been looking for a pair of women's black duck boots forever! I'm usually a 9 1/2 and these only come in whole sizes, so I thought I'd try the size 9 (I take a 9 in Uggs). I never wear heavy socks and they just fit. 10s would have been too large. So far they are warm and dry, but I've yet to wear them in extreme conditions. August 28, 2011
